All mechanical indexes have meet the national standards. They have been used widely in deep well, municipal drainage, expressway and other water supply and sewerage works with higher level required. The production efficiency can reach 4-5 piece/hour.

Abrasion of centrifugal concrete pipe machine

 Centrifugal concrete pipe machine is the main equipment of concrete products centrifugal molding, it keeps the mould working continuous. The roller is the main component of centrifugal concrete pipe machine,it is easy to wear during the molding process, so its repair and improvements in structure is getting more and more people's attention. It will effect the normal running of the mould and make it bending deformation if the roller abrasion over a certain rang.

 1. Abrasion of roller The abrasion of roller for centrifugal concrete pipe machine has two kinds, edge abrasion and head face abrasion.Edge abrasion includes uniformity and nonuniform ,which one reduce the roller diameter and another one makes the roller oval. 

2. Consequences caused by roller abrasion The nonuniform abrasion can cause the moving of mould,which will not only affect the quality of concrete products,but also will accelerate abrasion. Axial movement of the mold will intesify the abrasion of roller and running wheel.increasing the equipment load, may also cause serious accidents . 

3.Repair of roller abrasion Repair methods : remove the roller from the bearing housing, lathe processing, make the most minimum size as a standard-sized for metal cutting margin,it must comply with the relevant technical standards.
