The YHZS35 Mobile concrete batching plant is composed of material supply, weighing,mixing and electric control system,with the optimized design of the concrete batch plant, it can be over all transferred and moved by the towing vihecle. It is widely used in larger than medium-sized mobile engineer contortion projects like water and electricity,roads,ports and other construction projects.

1.Cement silo It adopts very strong and thick cement silo which is split type, thus can largely save sea freight and it is easy to assembly at installation site abroad.

2.Aggregate Batching System The automatic aggregate batching system can be equipped with 2-5 aggregate storage bins according to customers' need.

3.Weighing System The weighing system includes aggregate weighing,water weighing,cement weighing and additive weighing(optional).

4.Mixer It adopts JS series Twin-shaft Concrete Mixer for high quality of mixing effect. Assemble ladder, sidewalk and handrail, easily for worker maintenance;

5.Conveyor Belt Inclined belt drive system of electric roller, conveyor belt, screw tension device, roller and so on, is mainly used to aggregate conveying, general angle of 20 degrees.

6.Batching Plant It adopts PLD series of automatically weighing and discharging machine, reliable quality and long service lifeIt can carry out the batching procedure of 3-6 aggregates such as kinds of sands,kinds of stones ect.
